First off, CONGRATULATIONS! Take it all in, before you hit the ground running with the wedding planning.
This stage of life after the excitement of being engaged right now is so fleeting. It will literally be a blip in the radar of your entire life, so it demands importance. So, enjoy the time that you get to call your significant other your “fiancé” and do absolutely NOTHING with wedding planning. Take a week or two or even a few months to let the news really sink in. Don’t rush the process- enjoy being engaged! The venue and vendors aren’t going anywhere! This is the time to show off that BLING BLING! Share the amazing news with your closer friends and family.
